America Unreal.
Most of what we call reality is a carefully constructed script. We go back to the primary sources. We audit the receipts. We bring them to you.
Clinical Forensic Psychology · Psychopharmacology
Most narratives are manufactured.
We audit them.
America Unreal is a forensic lens pointed at the stories we’ve been handed — from history textbooks to the movies we watch to the systems that govern our lives. We don’t take the narrative at face value. We go back to the primary sources and show you exactly how the script was written.
This is not commentary. This is an audit.
Two investigations.
One forensic lens.
America Unreal
We go back to the primary sources — the original legislation, the founding documents, the court records — and trace how the American narrative was deliberately manufactured. From the 1705 Virginia Slave Codes to the modern carceral system, the receipts are all there. We just read them out loud.
The Truth Audit
Film is not just entertainment. In The Truth Audit Film Lab, we apply clinical forensic psychology to the movies and media that shape collective psychology — dissecting the stagnation loops, protective enclaves, and resource guarding embedded in what we think is fiction.

Monique Cecil Lead Investigator
MS Candidate, Clinical Psychopharmacology — The Chicago School
Licensed Investigator, Texas · Court-Appointed Child Advocate, Harris County
Monique Cecil is a forensic consultant, doctoral researcher, and licensed investigator who uses a clinical forensic lens to audit the narratives that shape American life — from the history we’re taught to the media we consume.
Her academic research focuses on how algorithmic bias and adultification distort risk assessments for Black youth in legal and clinical systems. America Unreal is the public-facing extension of that same forensic methodology applied to history and culture.
She is the creator of Truth Audit™ — a proprietary framework for detecting and recalibrating manufactured bias, whether in an AI model or a history textbook.
